DO YOU HAVE RECOMMENDED CONTRACTORS FOR SERVICE CONNECTIONS?
Yes, we can introduce you to an installer or builder who can arrange all site works and service connections from the time your product is delivered right through until hand over.
WHAT ARE THE ENERGY RATINGS?
The energy efficiency standards will vary depending on the individual site location of your building, once this is established, we provide the necessary insulation and glazing to meet the required standards. All HPG products meet a minimum requirement of at least 6 stars, and an energy efficiency certificate will be provided.
IS BUILDING ON A CONCRETE SLAB AN OPTION?
As we are a manufacturer, this is not part of our process, however we can introduce you to recommended builders that conduct this type of site works if this is a requirement for you.
IS THE BUILDING TREATED FOR TERMITES & PESTS?
All HPG products are built with termite treated pine framing and primarily designed to be installed on metal capped stumps where visual inspection can then be completed annually by a professional inspector. This is one form of accredited termite protection which allows you to see if any termites are trying to enter your home.
WHAT SECURITY OPTIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Your building as a standard includes fully lockable windows and external doors with a diamond mesh security screen on the front door as well as internal locks on the bedrooms and bathroom. We also have a range of other security screens for doors and windows to choose from.
WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS CAN I EXPECT?
As we are a manufacturer our prices do not include installation, on site building work of additional verandah’s etc, connections or council fees. However, we aim to provide you with estimates as accurate as possible on these additional fees to give you a rough understanding on what the final product may cost. These will however never be totally accurate as every council and site is different. We can also introduce you to a recommended installer prior to signing the purchase agreement so you can get all off your installation and site works quoted prior to purchasing your product.
IS TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
A price for transportation can be included or excluded in your quote. Prices shown on our website are ex-factory only, and do not include delivery as this varies depending on the location of the site.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR INSTALLATION?
Installation is not included in our process or reflected in our pricing; however, we can introduce you to a recommended installer who can give you a formal quote on installation costs before you purchase a product from Hayden Property Group.
WILL YOU COMPLETE A SITE INSPECTION?
Yes, a member our team will complete a complimentary site inspection before we send you a formal quote.
CAN YOU MANUFACTURE MY BUILDING TO LOCKUP STAGE?
Yes, we can. Our team can provide your cabin to lockup stage and deliver to site to allow you to become an owner builder and complete installation process on site yourself.
DO YOU OFFER TURNKEY SOLUTIONS?
Yes, we can offer you a basic or fully complete package at your request. HPG manufactures to the final stage of completion for transportation. A recommended installer or builder can then be introduced to the client, who will then complete the installation process and connect the appropriate services for you, right through to the hand over stage so that your cabin is ready for you to move in to straight away. HPG is adamant about working hand in hand with you and your budget to get the desired result for the best price possible.
ARE OFFSITE AND ONSITE BUILDS AVAILABLE?
All of our homes are manufactured offsite in our factory at Caboolture. As we are a manufacturer we do not install or build on site but can work closely with a recommended builder or installer who can arrange any site works to be completed.
ARE BUILDING & COUNCIL APPROVALS CONDUCTED?
A certifier is assigned to the project to ensure your home meets standard approval requirements and provides you with all the required forms for final approval which can be submitted to council by yourself or arranged by our recommended installer. HPG also provides appropriate documentation for your granny flat or cabin ex-factory, including full engineering plans and other related documents to the building itself.
CAN WE USE ALTERNATIVE CLADDING?
Yes, we can provide different types of cladding as a variation. Speak to our team about this while choosing your colour and design options.
CAN WE CHOOSE THE FLOORING?
Yes, this is a part of our process that involves sitting down with our team to discuss all of your colour and design options including different ranges and styles of flooring, such as tiles, carpet and vinyl plank floorboards.
WHAT IS THE BUILDING MADE OF?
Our buildings are built on a structural galvanized steel sub frame and consist of termite treated pine framing, termite treated structural board flooring and your option of vinyl, weatherboard, weathertex or other cladding if required. The roof, gutters and downpipes are colourbond of your choice.
CAN I MAKE CUSTOM CHANGES TO DESIGNS?
HPG has a range of standard plans but can work with the client to make any variations required.
